예비유아 교사의 셀프리더십과 사회적 문제해결기술의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사가 인지하는 셀프리더십과 예비유아교사의 사회적 문제해 결기술과의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상으로 203명의 T광역시에 거주하 는 예비유아교사가 참여했으며, 셀프리더십 검사도구로는 Houghton과 Neck(2002) 이 제작한 RSLQ(Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire)를 신용국, 김명소, 한영석 (2009)이 우리나라의 대학생을 대상으로 타당화 한 척도를 바탕으로 하고, 사회적 문 제해결기술은 D\ zurilla 와 Nezu(1990)가 제작한 사회적 문제해결능력 척도(SPSI: Social Problem-Solving Inventory)를 바탕으로 본 연구에 부합되게 여러 차례 전문 가 검토와 예비검사를 통해 수정 및 보완 후 사용하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 셀프 리더십이 높은 집단은 셀프리더십이 낮은 집단에 비해 사회적 문제해결기술이 더 높 은 것으로 나타났다. 셀프리더십의 하위요소 중 자연보상전략을 제외한 행동중심전 략과 건설사고전략이 사회적 문제해결 기술을 예측할 수 있는 유의한 요소로 나타났 으며, 그 중 행동중심전략이 가장 핵심적인 요소였다. 또한, 셀프리더십의 하위요소 가 사회적 문제해결기술의 하위요소에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 문제해결 기술의 하위요소인 문제규정을 예측할 수 있는 가장 핵심적인 요소는 행동중심전략 이었다. 사회적 문제해결기술의 하위요소인 대안산출을 예측할 수 있는 가장 핵심적 인 건설사고 전략이었다. 사회적 문제해결기술의 하위요소인 의사결정기술을 예측 할 수 있는 유일한 요소는 행동중심전략이었다. 사회적 문제해결기술의 하위요소인 실행확인을 예측할 수 있는 가장 핵심적인 요소는 행동중심전략이었다. 본 연구결과 는 예비유아교사의 교육프로그램 및 교육과정개발에 유용한 시사점을 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

The current study is to investigate the relationships between pre-service kindergarten teachers\ self-leadership and problem-solving. The research subjects were 203 pre-service preschool teachers in T-city. For the measurement of self-leadership, RSLQ(Revised meta-cognition Questionnaire) by Houghton and Neck(2002), which was validated for Korean college students by Shin, Kim, and Han(2009); and for the measurement of social problem solving skills, SPSI(Social Problem-Solving Inventory) developed by D\ zurilla and Nezu(1990) were used after expert reviews and several revisions to meet the research goal. According to the research results, the groups with higher self-leadersip had higher social problem-solving skills than those with lower self-leadership. Among the sub-components of self-leadership, behavior centered strategy and innovative thinking strategy except from natural compensation strategy appeared significant factors. Particularly, behavior centered strategy was the most significant predictor. The results of investigating the prediction power of sub-components of self-leadership on social problem-solving, the most significant predictor for problem definition was behavior centered strategy; that for solution generation was innovative thinking strategy; that for decision making was behavior centered strategy, that for execution confirmation was behavior centered strategy. The current research suggests useful advices in planning and practicing educational programs and curriculum for pre-service kindergarten teachers.
