교육과정의 자율화에 관한 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육과정을 자율화하려고 할 때 부딪히는 현실적인 문제를 찾아내는 동 시에 그 잠정적인 해결책을 모색하는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구자는 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산에 소재하는 한 교육과정 자율화 연구학교의 프로그램을 분석 하였다. 연구자가 그 결과로 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사와 그 이외의 주체 가 나타내는 의견의 차이는 교사의 의견에 가중치를 두는 방식으로 해결하는 것이 현실적이다. 둘째, 시수의 증배와 증배된 시수의 배분은 세부적인 자료에 근거하여 합리적인 방식으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 프로그램에 대한 평가는 타당도를 고려하 여 장기적인 맥락에서 이루어져야 한다. 이들 세 가지 잠정적인 결론에 대한 추후 연구는 교육과정 자율화가 온전하게 이루어지는 데에 필요한 근본적인 과제라고 말 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

In this paper, I tried to seek out current problems and find tentative solutions for that which may occur in the process of the curriculum reconstruction in elementary schools. To accomplish this purpose, I have analyzed one programs for experimental school for curriculum autonomy in Busan. In the school, special reconstructed curriculum had been run from May, 2010 to september, 2011 named Bada-ACT Project to Make Children to 3J which was devised to bring students to excellency in ability, character, and talents. I had the results as follows: first, there are various conflicts between interested parties who participated in the process of reconstructing the curriculum. The actual policy is to consider teachers opinions as the most important opinions. Second, in the case of increasing school hours, it is necessary to have exact information about it. we also have to allot the hours in accordance with information. That is to say, we don t need to increase school hours arbitrarily or to allot the hours mechanically. Third, evaluation to educational programs must be performed with validity over the long term. The process of curriculum autonomy consists of four stages: to ascertain the standard and guide the national curriculum, to analyze the human and material resources, to develop programs that after results, and to operate the programs and evaluate the processes in accordance to the outcome. The three conclusions found in the above paragraph are the most important points in the process. So, we anticipate doing further study on these points.
