서비스디자인 방법론을 활용한 교수자 수업 자가진단 도구 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교수자의 수업 성찰에 대한 경험을 개선하기 위하여 서비스디자인 방법론을 적용하여 수업 자가진단 도구를 개발하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 2017년 9월부터 12월까지 4개월에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 먼저 자가진단의 사용 주체인 교수 자에 대한 심층 면담을 진행하였으며, 면담 결과를 토대로 이해관계자 맵 작성 및 기회요소를 개발하였고, 이를 토대로 자가진단 도구 개발에의 시사점을 도출하였다. 최종적으로 자가진단 도구 개발 전략 및 프로토타입을 설계하였으며, 도출된 프로토 타입에 대한 교수자들의 의견을 수렴하였다. 도출한 프로토타입은 좋은 수업, 좋은 교수자를 절대적인 기준으로 맞추기 보다는, 교수자가 자신의 티칭 스타일을 파악하도록 하여, 그에 적합한 교수법을 활용하고, 자신의 강점을 부각시키고 약점을 보완 할 수 있도록 지원하고자 하였다. 또한 자가진단으로 마치는 것이 아니라 관련 역량을 강화하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 교육과정 및 학습 자원을 안내하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the self - diagnostic tool by applying the service design methodology to improve the experience of the instructors reflection on the class. This study was conducted over a period of 4 months from September to December 2017. In-depth interviews were conducted with the instructors who were the major user of the self-diagnostic tools. Based on the results of interviews, map of the interested parties was prepared and opportunity elements were developed, which led to develop implications deduction of the self-diagnostic tools. Finally, the development strategy and prototype of the self-diagnosis tools were designed and the opinions of the instructors on the deduced prototype were collected and analyzed. The developed prototype was designed to check the instructors’ teaching styles, and thus to utilize appropriate teaching methods, to make it possible to emphasize the instructors’ strengths, and to complement weaknesses, rather than to set up absolute standard of good classes and the good teachers. In addition, the developed self-diagnostic tools were intended to guide curriculum and learning resources to help strengthen the instructors’ competencies.
