국문 초록

본 연구는 가족건강성이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향에 있어 자기불일치의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산에 소재한 전문대학에 재학중인 학생 432명(남: 215, 여: 217)을 대상으로 2017년 3월 2일부터 11일까지 가족건강성, 자기 불일치, 진로미결정으로 구성된 설문을 실시하였다. 수립된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이 용해 기초자료분석을 하였고 Amos 21.0을 이용해 구조모형 검증을 하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 부분매개모형과 완전매개모형을 검증한 결과 부분매개모형이 적합하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 가족건강성은 진로미결정에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 즉 가족건강성이 높을수록 진로미결정수준으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족건강성과 진로미결정의 관계를 자기불일치가 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 가족의 구조로부터 오는 개인의 발달적 측면인 가족건강성이 개인 내적 측면인 자기불일치를 통해서도 전문대학생의 진로미결정수준에 영향을 미침을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 전문대학생의 진로상담을 하는데 있어서 가족건강성과 자기불일치 수준을 고려해야 한다는 시사점을 제공한다. 이상의 연구결과와 시사점을 중심으로 연구의 제한점과 추후연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate how family strength and career indecision of college student determine self-discrepancy as mediators. For this study, 432 college students(215 men & 217 Women) in Busan answered the questionnaire set about family strength, self-discrepancy, and career indecision from March 2 to 11, 2017. Those collected data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 which could make work basic data structure model validly and AMOS 21.0. Structural equation modeling indicated that there were the partial mediating effect of self-discrepancy in the relationship between family strength and career indecision. The results were as followed. First, family strength as general variable for predicting career indecision had impacted on career indecision directly. It indicated high family strength of college students decreased career indecision. Second, self-discrepancy mediated the relationship between family strength and career indecision. This indicated that the family health, which is the developmental aspect of the individual from the structure of the family, affects the level of career indecision of college students through self-discrepancy, which is an individual internal aspect. This conclusion provides the significant implications that we should consider the level of both family strength and self-discrepancy when we prepare intervention strategy for college students to increase career indecision.
