청소년의 신체활동 환경평가를 위한 학교환경 지표개발

국문 초록

비만증가와 체력저하의 원인 중에 하나로 꼽히고 있는 신체활동 저하의 원인을 분석하고 신체활동을 증가시키기 위해서는 기존에 수행되고 있는 신체활동 내용 자체의 에너지소비량의 평가만으로는 미흡한 부분이 있다. 따라서 청소년들이 가장 많은 시간을 소비하는 학교의 신체활동 환경을 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰 및 전문가들의 인터뷰를 통해 신체활동 환경 요소를 도출하였으며, 전문가들의 직관과 합의를 도출하기 위해 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 더불어 도출된 요인(문항)을 바탕으로 요인별 쌍대비교를 통한 요인 간 중요도 및 우선순위를 검증할 수 있는 계층적 의사결정 방법(analytic hierarchy process; AHP)을 적용하였다. 델파이 조사 결과에 따르면 학교신체활동환경 평가지표는 학교체육시설 5개 항목, 체육교사 4개, 체육교육과정 4개, 학교스포츠 클럽 6개, 신체활동프로그램 5개, 체육지원 5개 항목 등 전체 6개요인 29개 세부항목이 신체활동과 관련 있는 학교환경으로 제시되었다. 또한 AHP 분석결과 학교체육시설이 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었으며, 그 중 체육관 시설 여부 항목이 29개 항목 중 가장 우선순위가 높아 학교환경에서 신체활동과 관련해 가장 중요한 항목인 것으로 분석되었다. 개발된 지표는 학교현장에서 학생들의 신체활동 및 환경 평가를 위해 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop comprehensive indices for the environment of physical activity on school. For the purpose of this study environmental factors were extracted through the interviews of experts and literature on physical activity and environments. Delphi was performed for findings on intuition and consents of the exerts. Additionally the obtained-environment factors was adopted for the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) over the priorities and importances of the environmental factors. As results evolutionary indices were found on 29 items with six areas. According to the weighing six factors for the physical activity environment on school “physical education facilities” was on the most priority for physical activity with 38.2% “physical education teachers” and “the procedure of physical education” were following as 30.6% and 12.2% respectively. “sports club on school” “physical activity program” and “supports on physical activity” reached at almost 6% for the importance on the physical activity environment. The items that is developed from this study for physical activity environments can be used for the evaluation on the youth’s physical activity and locations on the field of school effectively.
