국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 법률과 국가 교육과정에 제시된 범 교과 학습 주제가 국가 교육과정상에서 어떠한 문제가 있는지 검토하는 데 있다. 논의를 위해 우선 범 교과학습 주제의 배경과 위상에 대해 살펴보았는데, 범 교과 학습 주제가 어떠한 성격으 로 등장하였는지 명확치 않고 이에 따라 그 위상도 교과의 하위 영역으로 인식되는경향이 있었다. 다음으로 범 교과 학습 주제의 결정 경로와 현황에 대해 살펴보았다. 범 교과 학습주제의 결정 경로는 법률, 법률과 국가 교육과정, 국가 교육과정의 세분야로 나타났으며, 구체적인 현황에서는 법률에만 제시된 경우, 법률과 국가 교육과정 공통으로 제시된 경우, 그리고 국가 교육과정 문서에만 제시된 경우가 있었다. 마지막으로 국가 교육과정상의 문제에 대해 살펴보았다. 구체적인 문제로 법령 체계상 개념 정립의 어려움, 상이한 경로의 진입으로 인한 통일성 부족, 정치적 결정으로 인한 자율성 침해를 다루었다. 논의 결과, 범 교과 학습 주제와 관련하여 제도적 정 비가 이루어지고 난 후 현재 산재해 있는 이들 내용의 검토를 통해 재구조화할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of cross-curriculum in the national curriculum through the critical analysis of legal context of cross-curriculum and to discuss the proper plan for the enhancement of cross-curriculum. For this end, first, background and status of cross-curriculum in national curriculum. The nature of cross-curriculum is uncertain and Its status was subordinated to subject area. Second, the decision process and present condition of cross-curriculum are discussed. The decision process of cross-curriculum was three: only legal, legal and national curriculum, and only national curriculum. It was the same with current state of affairs. Third, the problems of cross-curriculum in national curriculum is discussed. disputed questions are difficulty of concept establishment in legal system, lack of unity, difference in the decision-making process, and violation of school autonomy. In conclusion, it is necessary to law system maintenance and cross-curriculum reorganization in national curriculum,
