국문 초록

본 연구에서는 초등학교 고학년 학생들이 지각한 정서지능과 자기효능감, 자기주도적 학습태도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. ○○시 소재 초등학교 5∼6학년 444명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구방법은 중다회귀분석을 통해 정서지능과 자기효능 감 간의 관계를 살펴보았으며, 구조적 분석을 통해 정서지능과 자기효능감, 자기주도적 학습태도 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 정서지능의 하위변인인 정서 사고촉진, 감정이입, 정서인식 및 표현이 자기주도적 학습태도에 유의미한 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세 가지 변인들 간의 관계에서 직접 효과가 모두 성립되었으며, 정서지능은 자기주도적 학습태도에 대해 직접적인 효과 뿐만 아니라 자기효능감을 통해 간접적인 효과도 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통해 자기주도적 학습태도를 향상시키기 위한 개인 내적인 변인들 간의 관계에 대해서 탐구할 수 있었으며, 교육 현장에서 자기주도적 학습태도를 향상시키기 위해 제공되어야 할 요소들에 대해서 탐색하는데 기여하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among Emotional Intelligence, Self-efficacy, Self-directed learning Attitudes perceived by elementary school children. 444 students from 5th to 6th grade in ○○ city were surveyed vis-avis questionnaires. The main results were as follows: Firstly, In the multiple regression analysis which investigated the effects of promotion of emotional thought, empathy, recognition and expression of emotion has a significant positive effect on Self-directed learning Attitudes. Secondly, Emotional Intelligence and Self-efficacy perceived by elementary school students are significant internal variables directly affecting Self-directed learning Attitudes. Emotional Intelligence is the significant internal variable directly affecting Self-efficacy. and Self-efficacy is also the intervening variable between Emotional Intelligence perceived by elementary school students and Self-directed learning Attitudes. Through this study was to study the relationships between Emotional Intelligence, Self-efficacy to improve Self-directed learning Attitudes, and willing to study the factors that should be enhance the self-directed learning attitude in our education.
