영문 초록

This study investigates the locational characteristics of neighbourhood facility by analyzing relationship between neighbourhood facility and the independent variables which are expected factors that affect neighbourhood living facility on 4 detached houses in the new town- developmental district in Daegu city. For this analysis, we use several surveys : One-way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Crosstabulation. The results, derived from 4 detached houses in the new towndevelopmental district, are as follows : Firstly, factors affecting penetration of neighbourhood facility are as follows : Area , Land Price , Width of Adjoining Street , Number of Adjoining Street , Block Form , Location in Block and Building Height . And these things have more powerful influence on the order of items as follows : Land price , Width of Adjoining Street , Area , Number of Adjoining Street , Location in Block , Block Form . In case of the Building Height, it affects percentage of neighbourhood facility penetration but, it doesn t affect the number of neighbourhood facility. Secondly, according to the independent variables, uses of first-floor are divided into several groups which have same influence related to the independent variables in groups. Although, generally these groups are comprised of different uses by the independent variables, several uses have regular pattern in most case : Residential facilities and Neighbourhood facility are mostly distinctive from each other in every particular. And, Restaurant business facilities , Sales facilities and Convenience facilities are mostly composed of the same group. Therefore, in order to more efficiently deliberate district unit plan concerning detached houses in the new town- developmental district, it should be considered that the influence of the independent variables identified in this paper and groups comprised of the use of first-floor are important.
