영문 초록

Buildings are accounted for a quarter of national greenhouse emissions and it is more than half the percentage of emissions within the city. These buildings will have a significant impact to create low-carbon city. Therefore, we will be need a multi-dimensional approach. In this background, this study is to analyze the features of emission on the public buildings and to draw implications. So, the purpose of the study is to present the plan that induce energy-saving green in public buildings. Methods of the study, first we will learn about the concept that energy-saving buildings, green public buildings through theoretical consideration. In addition, we will review the research trends, the law, the case of domestic public buildings for energy-saving. Next, we will calculate the carbon emissions on the target public buildings in Cheongju city and investigate the carbon reduction facilities and compare the effect of carbon reduction. Finally, we will find way to induce for public buildings for energy-saving in city.
