영문 초록

As ageing progresses, the lifespan of individual has been extended, and also life cycle of individual became longer. Therefore, interest of housing type and area for old age has attract a great deal of notice in perspective of quality of life. This study aims to provide an preference about housing type and area for old age through comparative several choice, housing type and housing area by using answer in Korean Retirement and Income Study panel data, 2009. Preference of housing type and area can be vary from person to person because different people has different individual characteristics, social environment, economic environment, satisfaction of life, etc. In this study, I analyze these factors and influences by using method of nested logistic regression. Each part of alternatives in housing type and housing area can be divided into part of subgroup as model 1,2 each other. As the result of the analysis, Preference and choice of housing type and area depends on social environmental factors. And which choose to between housing type and area, results of model 1,2 are partly different.
