영문 초록

The aim of this paper is to look for the preferential difference between user and planner for external space components of co-housing. In order to do this the present study was carried out in the order of preceding studies, resident interviews, FGI, questionnaire survey, factor analysis, and AHP analysis. According to the results of AHP analysis, three implications were found. First, the space design should merge into consumer trends for health and community, because they can be strongly reflected in the external space configuration. Second, users showed a significant difference by sex and age, and therefore gender and generation specific facilities should be considered. Third, the external space of co-housing can be reflected in the housing price, and it means that the components of external space of co-housing reflect consumer s preference. During the surveys, it is revealed that external space is giving greater effect than interior space to the decision of housing price.
