국문 초록

본 연구는 저출산고령화 시대에 서울시 산부인과, 소아과, 한의원의 입지 특성과 변화추이, 입지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 변화추이에 대한 분석을 위해 2000년, 2010년, 2020년 자료를 활용하였고, 2020년 자료를 이용하여 입지 특성 및 입지에 영향을 미친 요인을 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 OLS 분석과 GWR 분석을 실시하였다. 현황분석을 통해 산부인과 및 소아과 의원의 감소와 한의원의 꾸준한 성장세를 확인하였다. OLS 분석 결과 산부인과 의원 수는 진료과목 수, 상업·업무용도와 유의미한 상관성을 갖는 것으로 나타났고, 소아과 의원 수는 진료과목 수, 상주인구, 19세 이하 인구, LUM, 종합병원과 유의미한 상관성을 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 한의원은 65세 이상 인구, 업무용도, 역세권과 유의미한 상관성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. GWR 분석결과 산부인과가 입지하는 상업·업무용지가 도심보다는 주변부에 주로 위치하고 있음을 확인하였다. 소아과의 경우 배후인구에 대한 고려를 바탕으로 동남권 입지를 선호하고 있음이 나타났으며, 종합병원과의 관계는 특히 서부권에서 상관성이 높게 나타났다. 한의원의 경우 고령화 현상을 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 강남과 강북에서 상이한 입지 전략을 취하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 강남에서는 65세 이상 인구밀집 지역과 업무용지를 선호한 반면, 강북에서는 역세권 인근에 입지하는 경향성이 강하게 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study examined the location characteristics and trends in obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and oriental medicine clinics in Seoul in the era of low birth and aging. To identify the trends, data from the years 2000, 2010, and 2020 were used, and the 2020 data were used to analyze the location characteristics and factors influencing location. OLS analysis was employed as the analytical method. Upon investigating the current situation, a decrease in obstetrics and gynecology clinics, as well as pediatrics clinics, was observed. In contrast, a steady growth in oriental medicine clinics was confirmed. The results of the regression analysis demonstrated a significant correlation between the number of obstetrics and gynecology clinics and the number of medical specialties, as well as commercial facilities and station influence areas. Pediatrics clinics exhibited significant correlations with the number of medical specialties, and population under 19 years old. Oriental medicine clinics displayed notable correlations with the population over 65 years old, rents, and commercial facilities while having a negative correlation with general hospitals. Obstetrics and gynecology clinics and pediatrics clinics are geographically distributed evenly while oriental medicine clinics are concentrated in southwestern and northwestern spheres of living.
