국문 초록

국내 매매상품용 중고자동차 매매업은 허가제에서 등록제로의 변경, 급속한 자동차 보급으로 그 규모가 크게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 현재 매매상품용 자동차의 앞면 번호판은 관리 및 보관 등 여러 가지 측면에서 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 매매상품용 자동차의 관리 및 거래질서 확립을 위해 매매용자동차 전용 자동차등록번호판 도입방안을 마련하고, 자동차등록번호판을 위한 서체디자인을 연구하며, 매매상품용 자동차등록번호판 디자인을 제안한다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 국내 매매상품용 자동차 현황과 앞면등록번호판 보관 제도에 대해 분석하고, 사례연구로 해외 매매상품용 자동차등록번호판을 분석하였다. 연구결과로 매매상품용 자동차등록 번호판 제도 개선 방안과 서체디자인, 그리고 매매상품용 자동차등록 번호판 디자인을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 서체디자인은 안정된 장체의 구조와 자형의 속 공간의 배분과 최적화된 두께, 자간으로 시인성과 판독성을 향상시켜 위조나 범죄를 줄일 수 있도록 디자인하였다. 매매상품용 자동차등록번호판은 경제적인 측면에서 사용 후 회수 부분에 대한 점을 감안하여 다양한 방식의 디자인 가능성을 고려해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Domestic used cars sale are significantly increasing according to system change from registration system to permit system and rapid dissemination. But front car license plate of the used cars have a variety of social problems in many aspects, such as management and storage. Hence this study purports to provide car license plate registration system for used car in order to establish efficient management system, to research typeface design and suggest used-car license plate design. For this purpose, this study took a literature-based research about the status of domestic used cars sale , front car license plate system of the used cars, and also analysis of car license plate designs in United Kingdom and New Zealand as case study. According to literature research and case study, this study suggests car license plate registration system for used car, typeface design and used-car license plate design as result. Typeface design in this study has stable structure of letter and spacial allocation, and optimized thickness and space between letters in oder to increase readability and legibility and also decrease forge and crime. Used-car license plate design will be able to consider the design possibilities of the various ways in consideration of return after use from the economic aspect.
