국문 초록

FDI는 고용창출, 기술이전, 지역경제 활성화, 국가 이미지 개선 및 국가 경쟁력 확보 등 다양한 효과를 창출할 수 있는 장점으로 인해 전세계적으로 FDI유치를 위한 치열한 경쟁양상을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부족한 관광산업의 국내투자를 보완하면서 지역을 발전시키기고, 치열한 국제관광 경쟁에서 생존하기 위해서는 적극적인 FDI 유치가 필요하다는 인식하에 FDI 유치와 관련된 현실적인 제약조건과 미래의 불확실성을 고려할 수 있으며, 이를 계량적으로 표현할 수 있는 장점으로 인해 1990년대 말부터 활발히 연구가 진행중인 퍼지이론에 기초한 경제성 평가모형을 선험적으로 정립하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 경주를 비롯한 국내에서 계획ㆍ추진중인 대규모 관광개발 프로젝트가 안고 있는 근본적인 문제점들을 파악하고, FDI 유치에 적합한 환경조성과 지속적인 유치전략을 제시함으로써 향후 경주를 비롯한 국내 관광산업을 활성화시킬 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

영문 초록

This paper investigate the economical evaluation for activation FDI(foreign direct investment) of tourism industry. It is very important to attract private and foreign capital as a means of financial resources for a regional development. Local governments tries to attract FDI into their own area. Because FDI is conducive to regional economic development of a local area by providing such as the increase of employment, transfer of advanced technology and advanced management skill and the capital resources of revenue. So this study formulates economical evaluation model of tourism investment project used by fuzzy set theory. And also we analyze the FIRR(fuzzy internal rate of return) application to Gyeong-Ju history & culture city contruction business. With this understanding the purpose of this study is to examine strategies based on comparatives and competitive factors to promote FDI in Gyeong-Ju. Finally, this study indicates a tourism industry and proper relationship between guest and host level to provide a real cause for the foreign direct investors.
