국문 초록

본 논문은 TPB(계획행동이론)를 바탕으로 드라마나 음반과 같은 한류 문화콘텐츠에 대한 일본ㆍ중국 등 외래 관광객들의 행동을 비교·분석하고 나아가 그들의 행동을 예측하기 위함이다. 이러한 연구 결과는 외래관광객들을 위한 전략적이며 차별화된 시장접근을 가능하게 할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2008년 1월 26일부터 2월 3일까지 약 2주에 걸쳐 예비조사를 실시한 후 설문지를 보완ㆍ수정하여 2008년 3월 21일부터 4월 6일까지 일본인 외래관광객 300명과 중국인 외래 관광객 300명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 총 600부의 설문지 중 476부를 회수하여 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, TPB는 한류 문화콘텐츠에 대한 연구모형이 외래 관광객들의 태도를 측정하고 분석함에 있어 활용 가능한 적합한 모형으로 검증 되었으며, 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 행동의도와 행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 일본인 관광객과 중국인 관광객에 의해서도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일본 관광객의 행동은 다른 차원들보다 지각된 행동통제에 의하여 직접적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 중국 관광객들은 주관적 규범이 행동의도에 영향을 미치고 있지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 국가에 따라 문화적인 차이와 콘텐츠에 대한 인식의 차이로 인해 발생한 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study purposed to formulate theoretical models expressing the relations among the variables of Korean wave cultural contents developed within the frame of the theory of planned behavior and to verify the models. In addition, this study performed empirical analysis on how the relations among the variables of Korean wave cultural contents change are different according to country (Japan and China). What is more, based on the results, we suggested plans to utilize Korean wave cultural contents for sustaining the Korean wave and increasing the number of foreign tourists visiting Korea. We conducted a survey and collected 561 data from international flight passengers at Incheon international airport. Of the recovered ones, 85 questionnaires replied insincerely or with unanswered questions were excluded, and 476 responses(245 from Japanese and 231 from Chinese) were used for the statistical analysis. We used SPSS 15.0 and Amos 7.0 as a tool to analyze the data. As a result of this study, we could find that as to the estimated effect (path coefficient) of foreign tourists' consumption behavioral intention on their behavior, significant effect was observed in both the models on Japan and China. TPB (the theory of planned behavior) has been proved the one of the available models to study about Korean wave cultural contents for surveying and analysis of the attitude of foreign tourists and attitude, subject norm and perceived behavior control can be affected to consumption behavioral intention is dependent on foreign tourists's behavior. Also it shows us that the difference between Japanese tourist and Chinese. The result for Japanese tourist shows it can be more affected from recognized perceived behavior control than other factors. And the same of Chinese tourist does not show subject norm has been affected to consumption behavioral intention. We can consider that those result can be obtained from the cultural difference and the difference of recognition on the contents according to nations.
