국문 초록

본 연구는 인적자원의 비중과 활용도가 높은 카지노기업 종사원의 노출된 서비스 환경에서 감성지능을 어떻게 발휘하며, 종사원의 감성지능이 LMX와 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 조사하였다. 더불어 LMX의 매개효과를 파악하고자 한다. 연구결과 첫째, 감성지능의 감성활용, 감성조절, 타인감성이해, 자기감성이해 창의성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, LMX는 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 셋째, 감성지능은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 넷째, LMX의 매개효과 결과를 보면, 감성지능과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에 있어, LMX는 부분매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 감성활용, 감성조절, 타인감성이해 및 자기감성이해 요인은 LMX에 긍정적인 영향력으로 전환되는 것으로 나타나 감성지능과 조직시민행동 사이에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 의미하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해서 직무 특성상 감정을 많이 필요로 하는 카지노기업의 직무에서 감성지능에 따라 종사원의 태도 및 행동에 차이가 나고 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on organization citizenship behavior and LMX in casino companies employees. To achieve the objective of this study, the hypothesis and research model was formed with reference to the preceding studies and literature, and such hypothesis was validated by empirical analysis. The emotional intelligence(use of emotion, regulation of emotion, other’s emotional appraisal, self-emotional appraisal) has been conceptually and empirically demonstrated to be related to organization citizenship behavior in casino companies. Furthermore, Also, LMX acted as a part mediator between emotional intelligence and organization citizenship behavior. In particular, The emotional intelligence factor means that appears to play an important role between emotional intelligence and civil organizational behavior is switched to the positive influence on the LMX. This result showed the casino organization requires us to control the negative emotions to positive emotions and causes employees.
