축제서비스품질 국내 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 축제서비스품질의 연구동향을 파악하여 관련 연구의 발전에 보탬이 되고자 수행되었다. 대상이 된 연구논문은 ‘축제’와 ‘서비스품질’을 검색어로 통합적인 학술정보검색 시스템인 디스커버리 솔루션을 통해 총 67개가 선정되었고 연구대상 논문을 4가지의 축제서비스품질 모형을 기준으로 나누어 학술지별 발표현황, 측정요인, 종속변수와 매개변수, 분석방법과 기각변수 등을 조사하였다. 연구결과 각 모형별로 국내 축제서비스품질에 적합한 측정변수를 개발하기 위한 성과를 확인하였으나 일치된 견해는 확인하기 어려웠다. 축제 개최지역과 관련된 변수는 대부분 기각된 것으로 나타났고 축제서비스품질이 만족을 매개로 하거나 또는 직접적으로 행동의도에 영향을 미친다는 가설에 대한 기각 건수가 많아 기존 가설의 타당성이 의심되었다. 축제서비스품질 연구는 응용학문의 관점에서 수행되는 것이므로 관광산업의 발전에 직접적용할 수 있는 축제서비스품질의 우수성 평가를 위한 개념과 기준 마련, 집단 간의 축제서비스품질 차이 규명, 기타 실험연구의 도입 등이 추후 연구방향으로 제안되었다. 본 연구의 발전을 위해서는 해외 연구동향과 비교하여 시사점을 도출하고 각 변수를 보다 객관적으로 비교할 수 있는 연구방법의 모색이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study has been conducted to examine a research trend of articles on festival service quality(FSQ) in Korea. Using ‘Discovery Solution’ search engine, it examined all journals and found 67 articles by searching the key words: ‘festival’ and ‘service quality.’ They were classified by the measurement factor for FSQ, dependent variable and mediator, analysis method and rejected hypothesis according to the 4 types of research model and descriptive statistic of the articles. It is not sure if they developed the adequate FSQ scales for korean festival. And considering rejected hypothesis, it was verified that the necessity to reexamine the widely accepted hypothesis: FSQ have influence to the behavior intentions directly or indirectly by satisfaction factors. The future research need to be applied in tourism industry such as an objective evaluation of excellence, investigations into characteristics of segmented group and improving experiments for FSQ etc. To develop this study, it is required comparative research with foreign trend as well as construction of more objective measurement.
