사회교육기관의 교육환경이 수강자의 교육만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

외식·조리 여성 사회교육기관의 교육환경이 참여자의 주체인 여성 수강생의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구하고자 외식·조리 사회교육기관의 성인여성 400명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 결과를 세부적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 교육환경의 강사자질과 강의내용은 교육만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 프로그램과 물리적환경은 교육만족에 유의하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 여성 사회교육기관에서 제공되는 강의 내용 및 강사자질과 프로그램의 교육환경이 수강생들의 교육만족에 많은 영향을 미친다는 점이다. 따라서 여성교육의 관리와 육성을 위해 많은 노력을 기울어야 할 사회교육기관의 역할 외 교육환경을 개선시키고 보완시킬 수 있는 방안을 미리 예측하고 여성사회교육의 핵심요소인 여성 수강자에 대한 전략적인 교육성과를 향상 시킬 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to evaluate the effect of culinary educational environment on satisfaction of women students who are the main participants of the institution. A questionnaire was distributed to 379 and a total of 397 responses were received and analyzed. The majority number of respondents accounted for people in their thirties, married and graduated high school. The cronbach alpha coefficient was above 0.75. According to these results, the positive correlation between a lecturer`s qualification, lecture content and education satisfaction while physical environment, programme had no correlation. Thus hypothesis 1 that the educational environment influences on student satisfaction was partially adopted. The results of analyses suggested that lecture content, lecturer`s qualification and programme which are provided by culinary institution for women have an effect on student satisfaction. Therefore, social educational institution should make an effort to manage and foster culinary education and to predict method of improving educational environment, which is expected to improve strategic educational performance for female students.
