예비 유아교사의 창의적 인성과 의사결정이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 유아교사의 창의적 인성 및 의사결정과 셀프리더십의 관계가 어떠하며 셀프리더십에 미치는 창의적 인성과 의사결정의 영향이 어떠한지를 알아보아 예비 유아교사 교육과정에 셀프리더십 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구대상은 전라도의 W대학교와 G대학교의 유아교육과에 재학하는 학생 159명이다. 수집된 자료는 평균과 표준편차, 상관관계 분석, 단계별 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 창의적 인성, 의사결정, 셀프리더십의 수준은 보통보다 다소 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비 유아교사의 창의적 인성 하위요인인 집요성, 독자성, 호기심, 개방성 모두가 셀프리더십과 정적상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 의사결정의 하위요인 중 합리적 및 충동적 의사결정이 셀프리더십과 정적상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비 유아교사의 의사결정 중 합리적 의사결정, 창의적 인성 중 독자성, 의사결정 중 충동적 의사결정, 창의적 인성 중 호기심 순으로 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 예비 유아교사의 셀프리더십을 향상시키는 프로그램을 구성할 때 창의적 인성과 의사결정을 포함하는 것이 효과적이라는 시사점을 준다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the relationships of preservice early childhood teachers' creative personality, decision making, self-leadership and the effects of creative personality and decision making on self-leadership. In addition this study proposes that developing the preservice early childhood teachers' self-leadership are required. The subjects of this study were 159 preservice early childhood teachers in jeollado. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson's correlational analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The main results were as follows; First, it was found that there were above the ordinary the creative personality, decision making style self-leadership of preservice early childhood teachers Second, it was found that there were significant positive correlations the sub-factors of creative personality, ‘perseverance’, ‘independency’, ‘curiosity’, ‘patency’ and self-leadership among preservice early childhood teachers. Also it was found that there were significant positive correlations the sub-factors of decision making, ‘rational’, ‘spontaneous’ and self-leadership among preservice early childhood teachers. Third, it was found that ‘rational decision making style’, ‘independency creative personality style’, ‘spontaneous decision making style’ and ‘curiosity creative personality style’ were meaningful and influential variables on preservice early childhood teachers' self-leadership. This current research suggest useful advice for planning and practicing self-leadership programs for preservice early childhood teachers.
