영문 초록

This paper examines the association between corporate labor s relative share and cost of equity capital in Korea. on theses issues so it can be an open empirical question on theses issues. Empirical results show that corporate labor s relative share is negatively associated with the cost of equity capital. Such empirical results suggest that in Korean firms, corporate labor s relative share can be the one determinant of cost of equity capital and it can directly affect the cost of equity capital in Korea. This paper has contributions to the prior literature s relative share and cost of equity capital in Korea. Then this paper can be the first empirical paper which can show the relationship between corporate labor s relative share and cost of equity capital in Korea.
