영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of group characteristics in the relationship between individual creativity and group creativity, and to test the mediating effect of integrative capability. Namely, investigating the bottom up process of individual creativity to the group creativity focused on integrative capability as a mediating variable which is based on social interaction theory. Major empirical results showed that individual creativity had impacts on group creativity. And, as the group characteristics, autonomy and leader support had impacts on individual creativity and group creativity differently. Next, integrative capability had impacts on group creativity directly. Lastly, the relationship between individual creativity (expertise and creative-relevant process dimension) and group creativity were meditated by integrative capability.
