국문 초록

국가 수준에서 창의성과 인성을 겸비한 인재를 어떤 방식으로 육성하느냐는 수업에서 평가가 어떤 식으로 변화되어야 하는가에 관한 과제와 연관을 맺고 있다. 이는 실제 교수ㆍ학습 과정에서 평가의 방향이 구체적으로 드러나야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 수업개선을 위한 출발점으로서 평가의 성격을 나타내기 위한 노력과 학습자의 변화를 추구하기 위한 방향은 백워드 설계를 통하여 가능하다. 백워드 설계는 기존의 교수ㆍ학습의 변화를 모색하고 학습자의 영속적 이해를 추구하는 것으로 이해중심 교육과정이라고도 한다. 본 연구는 평가에 대한 주관식 설문조사 결과를 토대로 평가모델 개발의 필요성을 도출하고, 교수ㆍ학습방법 개선을 위한 평가 모델을 개발하고자 진행된다. 주제중심의 내용 통합적 미술과 평가 모델을 위하여 '전통의 가치'라는 주제를 통하여 미술과 문화의 관계를 이해하고 가치를 판단한다는 결과 제시에 따른 설계로 이루어진다. 본질적 질문을 토대로 구성되는 다양한 학습활동과 평가 방향은 학습자의 의미 있는 변화를 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 이는 교수ㆍ학습의 변화를 추구하고 개선하기 위한 방안이면서 교사의 성찰과 반성으로 이루어지는 수업개선의 의미를 지닌다.

영문 초록

The method of developing talents with creativity and personality at the national level is linked to a topic, in what way an evaluation in a class should be changed. This means that the direction of the evaluation should be revealed concretely in the actual processes of teaching and learning. An effort to present characteristics of evaluation as a starting point for the improvement of teaching and the direction of pursuing changes in learners can be achieved through backward design. Backward design seeks changes in the existing processes of teaching and learning and pursues learners' persistent understanding, which is also called understanding-based curriculum. This study is carried out to draw the needs for the development of an evaluation model based on the result of a subjective survey on evaluation and develop the evaluation model for the improvement of the methods of teaching and learning. For a topic-centered content-integrated art evaluation model, this study consists of a design according to the presentation of a result that it understands the relationship between art and culture and judges its values through the topic, 'the value of tradition.' Various learning activities and directions of evaluation made up based on essential questions can draw significant changes in learners. This is a plan to pursue and to improve changes in teaching and learning and has a meaning as the improvement of teaching made by the reflection and self-examination of teachers.
