정서ㆍ행동문제 유아 체계적 선별(ESP) 타당화를 위한 기초연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 정서ㆍ행동문제 유아 선별을 위해 Walker와 그 동료들(1995)이 개발한 체계적 선별(ESP: 다관문 절차) 타당화를 위한 기초연구로서 우리나라 유아들에게 적용하여 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보는데 있다. 구체적인 연구문제는 첫째, 다관문 절차 l관문에 대한 평정자간 신뢰도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 알아보고, 둘째, 다관문 절차 2관문에 적용된 ESP 5개 척도(위기사건 척도, 공격적 행동척도, 사회적 상호작용 척도, 문제행동총빈도 척도인 적응행동 척도와 부적응행동 척도)의 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보는 것이다. 1관문 신뢰도 조사를 위한 자료분석은 평정자간 신뢰도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 Kappa 계수로 조사하였고, 2관문에 적용된 ESP 3개 척도의 평정자간 신뢰도, 검사- 재검사 신뢰도는 Pearson 상관계수로 조사하였으며, 내적일관성 신뢰도는 Cronbach's a를 통해 조사하였다. 2관문에 적용된 ESP 5개 척도의 타당도는 Pearson 상관계수를 통해 하위 문항간 상관을 조사하였고, 공인타당도조사를 위해 2관문에 적용되는 척도들과 유아 행동평가 척도(교사용)(C-TRF)와의 상관은 Pearson 상관계수로 조사하였다. 그리고 ESP 5개 척도에 대해 ANOVA를 통해 3집단(외현화 집단, 내재화 집단, 일반진단)의 차이 검증 및 판별분석을 통해 변별타당도를 조사하였다. 또한 3집단의 T점수 비교를 통해 ESP 5개 척도들의 일관성을 조사하였다. 본 연구결과 1관문 교사추천과 2관문 5개 척도들의 평정자간 신뢰도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 신뢰롭게 나왔다. 그리고 2관문에 적용된 ESP 5개 척도의 하위 문항간 상관 및 공인타당도도 유의한 상관이 있었다. 2관문에 적용된 ESP 5개 척도를 ANOVA 분석한 결과, 3집단(외현화 집단, 내재화 집단, 일반 집단)은 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 판별분석 결과 3집단의 정확도는 76%로 나타냈고, 3집단에 대한 T점수 결과도 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 1관문의 교사추천과 2관문의 5개 척도는 신뢰성과 타당성이 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 근거하여 ESP 의 신뢰도와 타당도를 좀 더 높이기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the reliability and validity of the Early Screening Project, which was developed by Walker, Severson & Feil(l995), by applying the ESP to Korean preschoolers who are to go through the emotional and behavioral disorder screening. The derailed research questions are as follows. Firstly, this study was to find out the interrater reliability and the test-retest reliability about 1st gate of multiple-gates screening procedure. Secondly, this study was to find out the reliability and the validity of the 5-scales of ESP applied to the 2nd gate of multiple-gating screening procedures. The reliability of the 1st gate was analyzed by investigating the kappa coefficient of the interrater reliability and the test-retest reliability. The interrater reliability and the test-retest reliability of the 5- scales of ESP applied to the 2nd gate was investigated by using the Pearson Coefficient, and the reliability of internal consistency was investigated through the Cronbach's a. As for the 5-scales of ESP applied to the 2nd gate, the correlations among sub-items were investigated through the Pearson coefficient. In order to investigated the concurrent validity, the 5-scales of ESP and C-TRF were investigated by using the Pearson Coefficient. Results of this study found significant reliability and validity coefficients. On the basis of such study results, the plans for efficient application of ESP in Korea has been discussed..
