활동중심 국어수업에서 나타난 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 실천적 지식 탐색

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 특수학급에서 활동중심 교수ㆍ학습모형을 적용한 국어수업을 실행하고, 수업 과정에서 얻게 되는 특수교사의 실천적 지식과 그 시사점을 알아보는 데 있었다. 연구 방법은 질적 연구방법의 하나인 실행연구(action research) 방법을 적용하였으며, 연구 참여자는 수업자인 연구자, 수업 관찰자 4명, 학생 3명 이었다. 연구자는 '과일과 채소'라는 주제로 총 6차시의 수업을 계획된 실행 연구의 순환과정을 통해 적용하였으며 그 과정에서 자료를 수집하였다. 수집 자료는 아날로그적인 방법을 통해 2차 범주화하고 한글 파일로 정리 하였다. 연구결과, 활동중심 국어수업을 통해 변화된 연구자의 실천적 지식은 '국어수업 설계', '국어수업 실행', '교수 기술의 반성' 등으로 나타났다. 또한 연구 참여자인 교사는 활동중심 국어수업을 통해 고정된 수업스타일에서 탈피하여 수업전문가로 거듭나는 계기를 마련할 수 있었고, 수업 전문가들과의 협의 및 면담을 통하여 활동중심의 국어수업의 실행과 반성의 연속되는 과정 속에서 수업계획과 수업실행 전반에 걸쳐 실천적 지식의 변화 과정을 경험할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research was to reach Korean Language applying activity-oriented reaching/learning model and identify practical knowledge and the implications of it through the process of teaching in special class of elementary school. To achieve these goals, action research was applied. The participants of this research were a researcher who is a reacher, 3 students who are receiving special education service and 4 class experts who observed che classes. As a result of the research, the researchers' practical knowledge that has been changed through the activity-oriented Korean Language classes was 'designing activity-oriented Korean Language class', 'application of activity-oriented Korean Language class' and 'reflections of teaching technology occurred during the activity-oriented Korean Language class'. In addition, The teacher who participated in this research could become a class expert through activity-oriented Korean Language class. Also she could change her practical knowledge by planning and implementing class in process of implementing and reflecting activity-oriented Korean Language class through discussions and interviews from class experts. From the results of this results suggestions for future researches were also presented here.
