영문 초록

A theoretical framework employed in psychology has been proposed to explain travel motivation. Motivation is an inner state which energizes channels and sustains human behavior to achieve goals. It is treated as driving force behind all behavior, the motive factors lead to travel decisions consumer behavior. This study reports the travel attraction choice decision profiles of travelers. The aim is to learn how the perceptual attraction choice attitudes when they want to choose their travel products and destinations. 34 tourist attracting attributes were used for the evaluative criteria on the basis of the assumption what the importance of attributes is a measure of how desirable a tourist-attracting attribute when an individual selects a travel destination decision. To identify the perceptions of travelers an independent sample mean difference, Wicoxon sign rank test statistic was used. Chi-square analysis was to apply to determine the relationship between socio-demographic/travel characteristics and 34 adopted attributes. The study results that the importance of safety, service, accommodation and kindness is strongly revealed to the travelers. A considerable amount of attention has been devoted to the attributes of transportation, cost, accessibility and relaxing, they express desire to opportunity to adventure and enjoy the natural attractions. These findings can serve the tourist industry as a tool for decision making regarding tourism policy activities and measures for determining priority of assignments aimed at improving elements of the tourist supply.
