영문 초록

Setting year 2000 as the standing point where business development began to decline, Hotel industry with no exception started to focus in Labor cost. In an attempt to cut costs and become more profitable, organizations have engaged in widespread restructuring as well as in a more flexible use of labour. But as a result of layoffs resulting from frequent restructuring, many people no longer consider about the stability of their jobs as life-time ones. Therefore, survivors worked in a threatened set of job insecurity and the uncertain environment has led to the unemployment and the fear of job loss. In this study is examining that the employment instability have influences on employees' attitudes(work effort and organizational citizenship behavior). The findings of the study have been found to be as follows: First, employment instability had declined in work effort. Second, employment instability had declined in organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, employers are to provide appropriate jobs that employees can enforce and demonstrate their talents and further reward them instead of requiring one-sided loyalty.
