영문 초록

This study has analyzed the Evaluation of the Selection Attributes of the web Travel Information System. The purpose of this study is to investigate travel customers using situation of web travel information and factors analysis of consumer satisfaction. The primary purpose of this study had to investigate relationship between influencing factors of the Selection Attributes of the web travel Information System. The secondary purpose of this study had to examine significantly between Satisfaction and Reuse and recommendation of the web travel Information System. A survey had to verify the results Using SPSS for Windows Ver 11.5, the data analyzed to measure the factors in selecting of the web travel Information System. This Study had to identify the importance of the web information system service attributes according to travel reservation types in the reality that travel reservation types offered to customers are getting complicated and diverse. It shown the most important factor for customer satisfaction was the basic services of reservation such as convenience and reliability of reservation and payment and convenience of reservation change and cancellation. Results of analysis revealed that customer prefer the travel information by the web and the factor analysis of consumer satisfaction is investigated by the factors. The results had to gain more understanding of important attributes that the Selection Attributes of the web travel Information System used in evaluating the quality Services for Competitive Power of the Travel Business.
