영문 초록

A food industry is internationally recognized as important national strategic industry. Likewise, Korea government has propelled improvement of a food industry. This study is to find out what are the main factors in selecting recreational forests by way of literature review and empirical study, and what are the positive factors in performance satisfaction made by visitors. As a research methodology, this study applied the importance - performance analysis for the enlargement of users’ satisfaction. This study was designed to evaluate an family restaurant through importance-performance analysis. A field survey was conducted and 330 samples were collected.
