영문 초록

Contemporary era is knowledge based society and knowledge management systems are the necessary tools to manage the business works. To search the organizational knowledges and to apply them are the necessary course in managing the contemporary business work. Hotel management is different in services for customer, products and communications from business management. Knowledge management system could be available for hotel management but it must be conformable to the hotel management. In other words, knowledge management should be brought to the firm by conforming to the features of hotel management. We can suggest the organizational cultures, component workers, process redesign, leadership, information technology and internet based technology as the successful elements of management administration. Knowledge managements are composed of the organizational knowledge usage and the information technology usage. As the results of empirical analysis, organizational cultures and process design in side of organizational knowledge have affected the performance of hotel management and information technology and e-CRM in side of internet basis also have affected the performance of hotel management. And so, we are supposed to build the framework of knowledge management system that is the most conformable to the hotel management.
