영문 초록

The Credit Bank System approves as credit the various types of studies and qualifications acquired in and out of school. It also grants a degree for the accumulative credits meeting certain standard. The ultimate purpose of this legislation is to embody the society for open and lifelong education. Although it engendered a lot of controversies between the ideas that it provides a buffer among college, university and institute, and that it is mere similar organization of education, it became settled down as a stable system going through making secure progress. Yet, it needs a lot of complements to make in many aspects, particularly, course of study is the one that requires immediate complement as it gives direct influence upon lerners. This Study considers critically the course of Department of Tourism Management study in college and university, and indicates a solution to it. Contrary to other course of study, effective education of tourism can be fulfilled only when the theory and practice is composed to be subjects in proper way, which is far from the current course of study that has a lot of problematic Issues. The Credit Bank System will contribute greatly to the lifelong education, one of the governmental policies, if it works out the above-mentioned issues and is stabilized as an educational system that inspires and satisfy lerners.
