국문 초록

With increasing number of handicapped tourists participating in tourist activities, it is, therefore, a crucial problem to provide proper guiding service to them, which is receiving great concern in the industry. This paper focuses on the commonness and specialty of the handicapped tourists, psychology as the breakthrough point, expounding how to render specialized service to them in tourist practice.

영문 초록

随着越来越多的残障旅游者投入到旅游活动中，对他们的导游服务成为旅游从业人员亟待解决的问题。本文以分析残障旅游者心理的共性与特性为切入点，从实践操作的角度，阐述如何为残障旅游者提供有针对性的导游服务。
