영문 초록

Meta Intelligent - New Production System(MI-NPS), which is for building a manufacturing technology that makes full use of 3D simulations, the technology of the product manufacturers, mechatronics, IE and the technology of education and analyzes the manufacturing process, equipments, 4M(Man, Machine, Material, Method) and MH(Material Handing). The proved of technology that Digital Factory can examine fully the operating condition on the manufacturing lines at new factory through of digital technology and it can solve perfectly the problems which are the introduction of machines, line construction, etc. This research constructs the MI-NPS Digital Factory for the tractor manufacturer which has small quantity batches production and assembly lines. It showed which we derived the problems of logistics flow at production system and gave the improvements. And showed which we derived the problems at the future affects productivity with actual manufacturing factory. Accordingly, we showed at the case of get effects the distribution optimization and productivity improvements.
