영문 초록

This paper proposes a design methodology of controllers based on the Petri nets for the synthesis of manufacturing systems. In the method, a synthesis algorithm proceeds along with a hierarchical procedure consisting of resource model, process model and user specification about logical connection. Resource models and process models are simply connected by using place set. Controllers to control order of processes which require shared resource are constructed by incidence matrix. A single machine is presented to describe the proposed method.
