영문 초록

Shock absorber piston rod is one of the core parts for automobile suspension equipment which absorbs the shocking, vibration and make automobile maintain stable and give the comport for riding. At present global sourcing and CKD(Complete Knockdown) spread widely and the light-weightedness for automobile parts rises as a significant issue in the logistics. For piston rod manufacturing also is asked the light-weightedness at the range without effects for its function and durability. In this study we will examine the technology to manufacture hallow piston rod applying the frictional conjunction with taking into consideration of the way to hallow the center of piston rod for the light-weightedness.
