영문 초록

In order to promote the construction project of nuclear power plant, it is necessary to acquire an approval of execution plan for the site preparation and a construction permit for the reactor building ground first cocreate work. At the early stage in project, it is difficult to acquire the license from government in project milestone schedule due to the long period of a statutory review duration and various uncertainties. In the project milestone schedule, it is important to include a proper period for the design and manufacturing of equipments with long lead-time such as reactor vessel or steam generator. Guarantying a proper period and complying a completion schedule in plant construction executing stage, a required duration to design and manufacture long lead-time equipments such as reactor vessel or steam generator and a required duration to acquire license should be reflected in the project milestone schedule. In this study, major factors of project schedule plan in the initial stage of project are proposed for the construction of nuclear power plant. Also and then case studies focused on the approval of execution plan and the construction permit are investigated, which were essential licence items that are essential at the early stage of nuclear plant construction project.
