국문 초록

본 논문에서는 미술교육 발전을 위한 풍부한 자원 확보와 활용으로 미술 교육의 효과성을 높이는 관점에서 파트너십의 의미와 구조가 논의 된다. 파트너십을 기반으로한 우수한 미술교육 사례를 중심으로, 교육의 효과와 효율성, 파트너십의 구조와 유형 등을 분석하고, 분석 자료를 토대로 학교 미술교육 활성화를 위한 파트너십 구축 방안을 제시한다. 특히 파트너십에 기반 한 미술교육이 성공적으로 확대 실천 되도록 하기위해 조직간 또는 인력간의 협력적 관계의 지속적인 유지와 프로젝트의 기획, 집행, 평가 및 환류 등의 과정과 절차를 강조하고 있다. 파트너십을 통해 미술교육을 위한 교수자의 자원관리 및 전문성 확보를 할 수 있기 때문에 미술교육의 환경을 질적으로 개선하고 학습자의 미술적 체험을 확장시킬 수 있으며, 참여한 미술교사의 역량을 강화시킬 수 있다는 관점에서 학교와 박물관, 미술관, 미술가, 미술 단체, 문화회관 등의 파트너십 구축 방안을 제안하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study discussed the meaning and structure of partnership in art education programs. In this study, partnership is viewed as a way to increase the educational effect of art education programs as securing abundant human resources and application. By analyzing the cases of superior art education programs, the educational effect and efficiency of partnership based art education programs and the structure and types of partnership were disclosed. Also, the way to construct partnership to revitalize school art education was suggested. Particularly, the continuous cooperation between organization and organization, organization and individuals, individuals and individuals, and the process and procedure of planning, administrating, evaluation, and circulating were emphasized to successfully expand partnership based art education. This paper suggests the way to construct the partnership among schools, museums, galleries, artists, art organizations, and culture centers because we can improve the quality of environment for art education, expand the breadth of students' artistic experience, and reinforce art teachers' capacity through managing resources of art instructors and rescuing their expertise.
