그림이야기(Draw-A-Story)검사에 의한 정서행동장애 아동의 판별 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 서울과 경기도의 5개 초등학교 2～6학년 아동 562명을 대상으로 그림이야기(Draw A Story: DAS) 검사를 실시하여 일반 아동과 정서행동장애아동의 반응특성의 차이를 알아보고 DAS 검사를 이용하여 일반아동과 정서행동장애 아동을 판별할 수 있는지를 연구하였다. 정서행동장애 아동 집단은 한국판 아동청소년 행동평정척도(K-CBCL)를 실시하여 내재화장애, 외현화장애, 내재-외현 공존장애 아동으로 하위대상을 분류하고, 각 집단에 따라 DAS 검사의 하위척도인 정서내용, 자아상, 유머사용에서 보이는 반응특징을 연구하였다. 연구결과, DAS 검사의 하위척도인 정서내용, 자아상, 유머사용 모두에서 일반아동과 정서행동장애 아동의 반응특성에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 하위척도 중 정서행동장애 아동을 변별하는데 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 정서내용, 자아상 척도 순인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 DAS 검사의 각 하위척도를 통해 정서행동장애아동을 어느 정도 판별할 수 있는지 알아보기 위한 판별분석에서는 69.9%의 판별력을 보였다. 이에 본 연구는 DAS 검사가 실질적으로 미술치료를 포함한 심리상담 분야와 미술교육 및 다양한 교육현장에서 정서행동장애아동을 선별할 수 있는 그림평가 도구로서 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study examined the differences in the response to characteristics in Draw A Story(DAS) test between the general children population and children who were affected by emotional and behavioral disorders. Additionally how much DAS can identify children with emotional and behavioral through the examination. In order to carry out the examinations, a DAS test of those children in the general population and children with emotional and behavioral disorders were divided into groups for children with different disorders such as internalization, children with externalization, and children with internalizing and externalizing coexistence by K-CBCL. The target audience was elementary students from 2nd to 6th grade five different schools in both Seoul and Gyeong-gi Province. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, the group in the general children population and the group children with emotional and behavioral disorders (internaliza tion, externalization, and coexistence disorders) showed significant difference in emotional content, self-image, humor-use scales, and choice of stimulus drawing which are sub-scales of the DAS test. The variables, which have the greatest influence upon identifying children with emotional and behavioral disorders among emotional content, self-image, and humor use –which are sub-scales of DAS test- were indicated to be in the order of emotional contents and self-image scales. Secondly, as a result of carrying out the identification analysis in order to verify the extent the DAS test can identify children in the general population group and those children with emotional and behavioral disorders, the identification ratio in 69.9% was shown through each sub-scale of the DAS test. This study there is significance in suggesting the possibility at thesub stantial art-therapy and education field, when used as a pictureevaluation tool, for identifying children with emotional and behavioral disorders.
