현대미술 표현형식, 형(形, form)의 의미 중요성을 통해 본 유ㆍ아동 미술표현과 의미적 관계이해 필요 - 유아 교육활동 자료집과 초등 미술 교과서를 중심으로

국문 초록

  현대적 표현은 복잡한 양태로 각기 산출된 의미다. 시대적으로 시각적 이미지는 이미 각각의 주체들에 의해 산출된 다의적 의미들이며 자아의 표현은 자신이 속한 세계 속에서 직면하는 다양한 사태들과 관계한다. 미술표현 형식은 심리적, 심미적인 것과 관련하여 사태와 세계 속의 질료에 대한 새로운 전환적인 의미이며 정신적인 힘의 소산인 것이다. 미술교육 역시 학습자의 시각적 인식활동과 표현활동이 주류를 이루고 있음을 감안할 때 학습자의 미술표현(형 形, 형식)과 그 의미적 관계를 이해하는 것은 의미 있는 일이다. 현 미술교육 실천과 평가에 있어 고전적 신념의 믿음에 잔재는 ‘결과적 형(形)’을 신뢰함으로써 학습자의 표현에 대한 본질과 의미는 축소 왜곡되기도 하였다. 본 연구는 유. 아동의 미술표현(형(形), 형식(form)과 그 의미적 관계 이해에 접근 하고자 하였다. 아동의 미술적 표현과 의미적 관계 대한 인식전환의 필요성을 제기하고 실천적 인식문제를 축소 극복하는데 연구목적을 두었다. 미술표현(형 形, 형식)과 의미와의 관계적 이해를 고찰을 통해 유치원 교육활동지도 자료집(조형 활동)과 초등 미술교과서에 나타난 내용을 검토 분석하여 학습자의 표현(형, 형식)과 의미적 관계이해의 문제점을 지적하고, 그 이해 확장의 필요성을 제기하고 개선방향을 모색하였다.

영문 초록

  Modern expression is the meaning generated differently and revealed in complicated aspects. The visual image we face in the times is the multi meaning generated by each subject. The expression of ego is related with the various matters confronted in the world to which one belongs. Artistic form of expression is a new and convertive meaning to the matters and the substance in the world and the product of mental power concerning about the psychological and aesthetical. Considering that the mainstream of art education is also the activity of visual perception and expression, it is significant to understand the relationship between the form and the meaning of a learner"s expression.
  In the practice and evaluation of modern art education, classical conviction and belief remains that favors ‘the eventual form’ to the process, so the nature and meaning of learners" expression is diminished or distorted. This study tried to approach children"s artistic expression and understanding meaningful relation. The purpose of the study is to present the necessity of perceptional transformation of the form of children"s artistic expression and the meaning, and to reduce and cope with the problem of practice in the field. For the purpose, the meaning of expression in modern arts was considered and the learners" understanding of expression was groped for. Also the understanding of the relationship between ‘form’ and meaning was considered, the problem of form, learners"s expression and the understanding of meaningful relationship were pointed by reviewing and analyzing the contents of the textbooks of kindergarten(formative activity guide collection) and elementary school, and improvement of the form and the understanding of meaningful relationship in learners" artistic expression was groped for.
