영문 초록

Korean Bonpuri (which means songs of history of a god, narrated by a shaman) has a enormous academical importance when it is compared with oral epic of hero. From comparing the similarities and differences of contents to viewing the problems concerned on formation of an oral epic of hero, it could be used with urgent importances. Approaching these facts, this article deals two aspects on Korean Bonpuri. Materials used for comparative studies are followings: <게사르(格薩爾, Gheshar)>, <므윈도(Mwindo)>, <문국성본풀이(Munkuksong Bonpuri)>, <가믄장아기본풀이(Gamunjanghaghi Bonpuri)>. First, giving a good attention to the fact that from four all used materials of oral epic of hero appear confrontations between father and son and exists opponent of a hero in the family, studies are concentrated on specific features of confrontations. It is very important fact that, in spite the epics are from different peoples, these epics narrate similar contents in a similar composition. Second, concerned on the problems of formation of oral epic of hero, Korean Bopuri has an academical importance as a well-founded materials. In this article I established 3 provisional types for approachinf the problems of formation. ① From the beginning diverse achievements of hero's lifetime is narrated by each episode but in the end these are put together formating one oral epic of hero. ② Different oral epics of hero are being inserted in another one, and this forms one separate oral epic of hero. ③ Different epic or a story is combined together in a equal relation becoming one separate oral epic of hero. From the fact that the diverse aspects of formation of oral epic of hero are accepted, for verifying the specific features of formations oral epics of hero, for typological approaches on formations of the epic, Korean Bonpuri has a great importance.
