대학생 학습역량 검사도구의 개발과 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생 학습역량의 중요성을 인식하고 현재 역량 수준을 진단하기 위한 학습역량 검사도구를 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 H대학교의 핵심역량과 교수학습센터의 추진전략과의 연계를 위하여 비교･부합하는 하위영역을 추출하고, 교수와 재학생을 대상으로 델파이조사를 통하여 하위영역 명칭의 적절성과 중요도를 파악 후, 최종 하위영역을 구조화하여 검사도구를 발하고, 타당성을 검증하였다. 예비 검사와 본검사를 거쳐, 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 6개 역량(인지적 학습역량, 학업 자신감, 실천 학습역량, 기술정보활용, 내적 학습동기, 전공 학습몰입)으로 구성된 총 90개 문항을 최종 개발하였다. 일반화를 위해 다집단 확인적 요인분석을 검증한 결과, 단과대, 학년, 성별 모두 공통적으로 동일하게 활용할 수 있는 도구임을 확인하였다. 끝으로, 연구 결과 활용의 측면에서 학생 자신의 학습역량을 파악하여 학습에 대한 자신의 강･약점을 개발하고 보완하고 주기적인 진단으로 학생의 종단적인 학습역량 변화 과정을 확인, 이를 통해 학습의 진전도와 앞으로의 학습계획 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of college students' learning competencies and to develop a learning competency test to diagnose the current competency level. To this end, in order to link the core competencies of H University with the promotion strategies of the Teaching and Learning Center, sub-areas that compare and match are extracted, and the appropriateness and importance of the names of the sub-areas are identified through a Delphi survey targeting professors and students. the final sub-domain was structured, a test tool was developed, and its validity was verified. Through the preliminary test and main test, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis, it is composed of six competencies (cognitive learning competency, academic confidence, practical learning competency, use of technical information, internal learning motivation, and major learning immersion). A total of 90 questions were finally developed. As a result of verifying multi-group confirmatory factor analysis for generalization, it was confirmed that it is a test that can be used equally across colleges, grades, and gender. Lastly, in terms of utilizing research results, students' own learning capabilities are identified to develop and supplement their own strengths and weaknesses in learning, and the process of longitudinal changes in students' learning capabilities is confirmed through periodic diagnosis, thereby progressing learning. It is expected that this will be helpful in establishing future study plans.
