국문 초록

본 연구는 뇌 신경과학이 교육과정에 영향을 미치는 시사점을 살펴봄으로써 교육 전문가들이 교육과정, 수업 및 평가에 대한 전문성을 재고할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것을 우선 목표로 삼는다. 본 연구의 목적은 신경과학과 내러티브의 관련성을 분석하고, 내러티브 신경과학의 개념과 중요성을 탐구하며, 교육과정, 수업 및 평가에 대한 시사점을 탐구하는 데에 있다. 이 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 문헌자료를 분석하는 방법으로 내용분석과 텍스트 분석을 활용한다. 이 과정에서 본 연구는 뇌 기반 교수-학습 관련 이론의 배경과 현황, 내러티브 교수-학습의 배경과 현황, 내러티브와 신경과학의 관련성에 대한 연구의 배경과 현황을 살펴보고, 교육과정에 관한 이슈와 최근의 변화를 여러 관점에서 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 장기기억을 촉진하는 교육과정 개발, DMN 활동을 촉진하는 수업 설계, 진정한 이해를 위한 수행평가가 강조되어야 한다는 점을 제시하였으며, 이러한 점을 고려하여 교육 분야에서 내러티브 신경과학 방법의 적용에 대한 향후 전망을 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

This study aims to provide an opportunity for educators to rethink their expertise in process of education by exploring the implications of neuroscience on curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relevance of neuroscience and narrative, to explore the concept and significance of the neuroscience of narrative, and to explore the implications for curriculum, instruction, and assessment. To accomplish these purposes, this study utilizes content analysis and textual analysis as methods to analyze the literature. In the process, this study examines the background and current status of theories related to brain-based teaching and learning, the background and current status of narrative teaching and learning, the background and current status of research on the relevance of narrative to neuroscience, and analyzes curriculum issues and recent changes from multiple perspectives. Based on the findings, this study examined future prospects for the application of the neuroscience method of narrative in education.
