국문 초록

본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰 연구방법을 활용하여 성인 발달장애인 부모의 돌봄스트레스에 대한 연구동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 KCI, RISS, KISS, e-Articl 총 4개의 데이터베이스에서 성인 발달장애인 부모, 돌봄스트레스 등의 연관 검색어를 조합하여 2022년 12월 31일까지 출판된 총 3,497건의 논문이 검색되었다. 5단계에 걸쳐 성인 발달장애인 부모의 돌봄스트레스와 관련 없는 문헌을 배제하였고, 최종 21건의 문헌을 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째로 돌봄스트레스의 개념 측정은 8개 개념정의, 2개의 이론을 사용하였고, 매개변수 8개와 조절변수 2개가 사용되었다. 둘째, 전반적으로 어머니일수록, 자녀의 장애정도가 심할수록, 자녀의 일상생활수행능력이 낮을수록, 부모의 노화인식이 낮을수록, 가족갈등이 심할수록, 가족지지수준이 낮을수록, 사회서비스변인(활동지원서비스, 전문가지지 등)이 적을수록 돌봄스트레스가 높게 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 사회복지의 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine research trends on care stress in parents with adult developmental disabilities using systematic review research methods. To this end, a total of 3,497 papers published up to December 31, 2022 were searched by combining related search terms such as parents with adult developmental disabilities and caregiving stress in four databases: KCI, RISS, KISS, and e-Articl. Literature unrelated to the care stress of parents with adult developmental disabilities was excluded over five stages, and the final 21 literatures were selected and analyzed. As a result of the study, 8 conceptual definitions, 2 theories, 8 parameters and 2 control variables were used to measure the concept of care stress. Second, overall, the more mothers, the more severe the degree of disability of the child, the lower the child's ability to perform daily activities, the lower the parents' perception of aging, the more severe the family conflict, the lower the level of family support, and the fewer social service variables (activity support services, professional support, etc.), the higher the care stress. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for follow-up research and practical and policy implications of social welfare were presented.
