아동청소년 통합스트레스 검사(IESS-A)의 개발과 타당화

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 스트레스 과정을 종합적으로 평가하고 척도의 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하는 청소년기의 스트레스와 스트레스 취약성에 대한 통합평가를 개발하는데 있다. 연구방법: 첫 번째는 기존 측정 도구와 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 스트레스 요인, 취약성, 보호 요인, 스트레스 반응으로 구분하여 예비 질문 210개를 작성하였다. 이어 경상남도 소재 초·중·고교생 288명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시했다. 이를 바탕으로 기술통계와 Cronbach's ɑ를 검토하여 158개의 주요 설문 문항을 선정하였다. 본조사는 전국 초·중·고교생 2,937명을 대상으로 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 문항을 분류하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하기 위하여 주성분분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 이 과정을 통해 스트레스 요인(자기, 진로, 부모, 또래, 교사, 학업), 스트레스 취약성(의존성, 완벽주의, 회피성, 충동성), 스트레스 보호요인(통제력, 낙관성, 효능감) 및 스트레스 반응(신체화, 우울, 불안, 분노, 공격행동)의 총 155문항으로 IESS-A를 구성하였다. 그리고 IESS-A의 스트레스 요인, 취약성, 보호요인, 스트레스 반응은 동일하거나 유사한 개념을 측정하는 타당성 지표와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 우리나라 아동·청소년이 경험하는 스트레스 요인, 스트레스 취약성, 스트레스 보호요인 및 스트레스 반응을 종합적으로 측정할 수 있는 도구를 구성하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 조사하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop an Integrated Evaluation of Stress and Stress Vulnerability-Adolescent(IESS-A) that comprehensively evaluates the stress process and to examine its reliability and validity of the scale. Method: The first step was based on the existing measurement tools and the data collected and then, 210 preliminary questions were prepared by dividing them into stressors, vulnerabilities, protective factors, and stress responses. Then, a preliminary survey was conducted on 288 elementary, middle and high school students in Gyeongsangnam-do. Based on this, 158 main survey questions were selected through reviewing the technical statistics and Cronbach's ɑ. The main survey was conducted on 2,937 elementary, middle and high school students nationwide to analyze the descriptive statistics, and principal component analysis was conducted to classify the questions and to check the reliability and validity. Results: Through this process, IESS-A of 155 questions was developed by dividing stressors(self, careers, parents, peers, teachers, and academics), stress vulnerability(dependence, perfectionism, avoidance, impulsivity), stress protective factors(control, optimism, efficacy) and stress responses(somatization, depression, anxiety, anger, aggressive behavior) to compose IESS-A. And it was found that the stressors, vulnerability, protective factors and stress responses of IESS-A were correlated with the validity indicators that measure the same or similar concepts. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it validated a tool to comprehensively measure the stressors, stress vulnerability, stress protective factors and stress responses experienced by children and adolescents in Korea, and the reliability and validity were investigated.
