국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 고교학점제에 따라 그 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있는 고등학교 교과순회교사의 경험과 인식을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: A 지역에서 근무하고 있는 고등학교 교과순회교사 3명을 대상으로 이들이 경험한 교과 순회와 인식에 대해 심층 면담을 수행하였고, 수집한 자료는 질적 자료 분석 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과는 총 세 가지 주제로 도출되었다. 먼저 교과순회교사제에 대한 개인적 의미와 일상에서는 연구 참여자들의 교과순회교사제 지원 동기, 제도의 목적에 대한 인식 그리고 경험하고 있는 일상을 분석하였다. 다음으로 교과순회교사로서의 경험과인식 부분에서는 ‘뿌듯함’, ‘다름’, ‘부족’, ‘누락’의 네 가지 키워드를 중심으로 결과를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 거점학교에서의 행정 업무에 대한 서로 다른 경험과 이에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 교과순회교사의 역할을 분명하게 설정하고, 이들의 초기 적응과 심리적 지원이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study explores the experiences and perceptions of high school subject itinerant teachers. Method: The study focused on the cases of three subject itinerant teachers working in area A and conducted through in-depth interviews on how they experience and perceive the experiences. In order to help understand the subject itinerant teacher system, the current status of operation and operational issues, including the legal basis and operation type of the subject itinerant teacher system, were first presented. Results: The research results were divided into three areas: experience and perception of the overall subject itinerant teacher system, experience and perception as subject itinerant teachers, and administrative work experience and perception at a base school. First, in the experience and perception of the overall subject itinerant teacher system, the purpose of the subject itinerant teacher system recognized by research participants, their motivation for application as subject itinerant teachers, and the daily lives they are experiencing were analyzed. Next, in terms of experience and perception as a subject itinerant teacher, the results were presented focusing on four keywords: ‘proud’, ‘different’, ‘deficiency’, and ‘ommission’. Finally, different experiences and perceptions of administrative work in base schools were analyzed. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it was suggested that the role of subject itinerant teachers to be defined clearly, supports to be given during their beginning of work as subject itinerant teachers, and the emotional support to be provided.
