국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 놀이중심 유아교육과정인 2019 개정 누리과정의 실행이 어떻게 행위적으로 실재하는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 유아교육과정의 행위 실재적 실행과 운동을 생기적 활성의 측면에서 살펴보고자 함에 본 연구의 초점이 있었다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 예술 기반 연구방법을 활용하였으며 예술의 조각은 ‘아토그래피를 통한 심층면담’, ‘카메라와의 현장 여행’, ‘연구자의 예술적 (글)쓰기’이다. 먼저 아토그래피를 통한 심층면담에서는 총 7인의 유아교육자가 참여하였으며, 참여학급은 면담에 참여한 유아교사 중 3인이 담임 교사로 있는 학급에서 약 3개월 간 각 16회기의 참여관찰이 오전 일과 중 이루어졌다. 그에 따른 자료 수집 기간은 2021년 12월~2022년 6월이며, 수집된 자료는 자료의 수집과 경계를 넘어서는 뒤엉킨 자료 분석이 2022년 10월까지 실시되었다. 연구결과: 유아교육과정의 행위 실재적 실행과 운동은 자기구성성을 갖고 작동하고 있었으며, 이는 ‘진화의 고리’라는 아트 텍스트로 표현되었다. 이는 교육과정의 행위와 운동들이 개별적으로 이어지기도 하고, 동시에 연결되기도 하며 복잡한 공진화의 과정에서 작동하고 생성함을 뜻한다. 구체적으로는 먼저, 이 행위 실재적 실행과 운동은 그 내부에서 놀이와 경험이 운동을 생산하는 운동들로 기능하고 있었다. 또한 계획과 실행, 나아가 평가까지가 일련의 선형적 단계가 아닌 자기 확장적으로 얽히며 유아교육과정의 계획과 실행, 주제 등의 의미를 새롭게 형성해 가고 있음을 살펴보았다. 이때 배움의 내용과 방법이 서로 얽힘으로써 서로를 충만하게 생산하고 이끄는 작동을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 놀이중심 유아교육과정의 실행과 운동이 행위적으로 실재하며, 그것이 선형적이거나 구조화된 것이 아니라 생생하게 생동하고 있으며, 얽힘을 통해 나타남을 살펴보았다는 점에 의의가 있다. 향후 유아교육과정의 행위 실재적 실행과 운동에 관한 논의가 지속적으로 생명력있게 작동할 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Play-based early childhood curriculum(‘2019 National Nuri-Curriculum’) actually works. In addition, this study tried to interpret the agential realistic implementation and movement of the early childhood curriculum, and to find their meanings. Method: In order to achieve the purpose, this study took the form of Arts-based research method. The pieces of art were ‘in-depth interview based on art’, ‘a journey with a camera’, and ‘artistic (text) writing of a researcher’. First, in the art-based in-depth interview, a total of 7 early childhood educators located in different networks participated. In a class in which three of the early childhood teachers who participated in the interview were employed, a total of 16 observations were conducted in each class for about three months. The data collection period for this study was from December 2021 to June 2022. For the collected data, data analysis was conducted that crossed the boundary between data collection and analysis. Results: The results were as stated below. The results were expressed in an art text called "The Circle of Evolution". This means that the behaviors and movements of the curriculum are both individually connected and connected at the same time, operating and generating in a complex process of coevolution. First, in this, play and experience were functioning as movements that produced movements. Second, the early childhood curriculum was becoming self-expansive movement of planning and implementation. In other words, play can be both the content and method of education, and the repetition of experimental methods led to the slow development of content knowledge. Conclusion: The results of these studies were significant in that they revealed that the implementation and movement of the play-based early childhood curriculum were vividly alive. Through this study, it is expected that attempts to see the various movements of the curriculum as a self-organization will continue.
