국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 포스트휴머니즘의 관점에서 음악교육의 방향을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 포스트휴머니즘 담론의 주요 내용을 고찰하고, 포스트휴먼 시대 교육 현상의 변화와 포스트휴머니즘의 교육학적 수용을 살펴본 후, 음악교육의 방향을 탐색하였다. 최근 학계와 사회의 조명을 받고 있는 포스트휴머니즘은 혁신적인 기술의 진보로 인간 향상을 추구하는 측면과 함께 변화된 조건과 환경에서 인간이 어떻게 존재해야하는가에 대한 물음을 다루는 담론이다. 이와 같은 포스트 휴머니즘의 교육학적 수용은 다양한 양상으로 나타나는데, 본고에서는 포스트휴먼 감응교육과 상호의존 관계성 교육에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 도출된 포스트휴먼 시대 음악교육의 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학기술 발달로 변화된 음악교육 환경과 조건을 인식하고 발전된 기술에 대해 개방적인 태도를 취하는 동시에, 능동적·비판적으로 수용한다. 둘째, 음악 활동을 통한 협력을 도모하기 위해 기존의 오프라인 활동을 강화하는 한편, 온라인 활동과의 연계를 통해 범위를 확장해 나가도록 한다. 셋째, 음악교육의 본질적 활동인 심미적 음악 경험을 통해 감수성과 공감 능력을 회복하고 함양하는 데 더욱 힘써야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of music education from the perspective of posthumanism. To this end, the issues of Posthumanism discourse were first considered, and after examining the changes in educational phenomena in the Posthuman era and the pedagogical acceptance of Posthumanism, the direction of music education was suggested. Posthumanism, which has recently been spotlighted by academia and society, is a discourse that deals with the question of how humans should exist in changed conditions and environments, along with the aspect of pursuing human enhancement due to the advancement of innovative technology. The pedagogical acceptance of Posthumanism appears in various aspects, and this study focuses on Posthuman affect education and interdependence relationship education. The direction of music education in the posthuman era derived from the research results is as follows. First, recognize the environment and conditions for music education that have changed due to the development of science and technology, take an open attitude toward the advanced technology, and accept it actively and critically. Second, while strengthening existing offline activities to promote cooperation through music activities, expand the scope through linkage with online activities. Third, more efforts should be made to recover and cultivate sensitivity and empathy through aesthetic experience of music, which is an essential activity of music education.
