국문 초록

본 연구는 2010년부터 2020년까지의 예비교사들이 지향하는 교사상 기술 내용을 통해 이들의 교사상 변화 내용을 분석하고 연구 결과를 토대로 교원양성기관 교육과정 개선에 주는 시사점을 제시하고자 한 것이다. 연구 방법으로는 2010년대 전기와 후기로 구분하여 총 163개의 학생들의 글쓰기를 분석하였으며, 선행 연구를 토대로 추출한 준거에 의한 분석과 언어 네트워크 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 준거에 따른 교사상 분석 결과, 예비교사의 교사상은 학생에 대한 관심이 가장 높았고, 교사 자신의 인격에 대한 관심도가 높으며, 이어서 수업 역량에 대해 관심이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 단, 사회변화에 대비한 교사로서의 역할에 대한 관심은 매우 낮은 것으로 드러났다. 전반적으로 전기와 후기의 차이는 거의 나타나지 않았다. 언어 네트워크 분석 결과, 전기와 후기 교사상 기술에서 사용하는 단어는 크게 다르지 않은 것으로 나타났고 의미연결망도 큰 차이가 없었으나 군집을 이루는 하위 단어에서는 약간의 차이가 드러났다. 마지막으로 연구 결과에 근거하여, 미래 사회에 대비한 교사의 소양 배양, 보다 다양하고 참신한 교사상의 배양, 예비교사들의 세대 변화에 대응한 교육과정의 제공 등의 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the teacher image of prospective teachers from 2010 to 2020 through the description of the teacher image, and to suggest implications for the improvement of the curriculum of the teacher training institute based on the research results. As a research method, a total of 163 journals were analyzed by dividing them into early and late 2010s, and analysis based on the criteria based on previous studies and language network analysis methods were used. As a result of the analysis of the teacher image according to the criteria, As for the teacher image of prospective teachers, it was found that interest in students was the highest, followed by the teacher's own personality, followed by teaching competency. Interest in teachers’ role in preparation for social change was found to be very low. In the analysis based on criteria, there was little difference between the early and late 2010s. As a result of language network analysis, it was found that the words used in the early and late teacher image descriptions were not significantly different, and there was no significant difference in the semantic network, but there was a slight difference in the sub-words constituting the cluster. Based on the research result, implications such as cultivating teachers' competency for the future society, cultivating a more diverse and novel teacher image, and providing a curriculum in response to the generational change of prospective teachers were presented.
