국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학의 온라인 실시간 협동학습 환경에서 학습집단의 집단응집력이 학업성과에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 그리고 집단효능감의 매개효과와 학습실재감의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 연구방법: 가설검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 매개된 조절효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 가설검증을 통해 온라인 실시간 협동학습 환경에서 정서응집력은 집단효능감응 통해 학업성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 온라인 실시간 협동학습 환경에서 학습 실재감의 조절적 역할을 확인하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 온라인 실시간 협동학습 환경에서 강한 정서적 응집력을 나타내는 학습집단이 높은 수준의 집단효능감과 학업성과를 나타낸다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 정서응집력이 학업성과에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 학습 실재감의 유의한 조절효과를 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: In this study, the effect of group cohesion of a learning group on academic performance in a university s online real-time cooperative learning environment was investigated. And the mediating effect of group efficacy and the moderating effect of learning presence were confirmed. Method: An Exploratory factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and mediated moderating effect analysis were performed to verify the hypothesis. Results: A significant positive effect of emotional cohesion on academic performance through group efficacy and the moderating role of learning presence were confirmed. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the learning group that showed strong emotional cohesion in the online real-time cooperative learning environment showed high levels of group efficacy and academic performance. In addition, in the relationship between emotional cohesion and academic performance, a significant moderating effect of learning presence was confirmed.
