국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 학습조직과 혁신행동의 관계에서 교사효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 전국의 영유아교육기관에 근무 중인 영유아교사 178명으로, SPSS version 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계량, 빈도분석, Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하였으며, The PROCESS macro version 3.5의 Model 4를 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과: 학습조직의 전체적인 수준이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 간의 관계에서는 교사효능감 중 교수만이 부분매개효과를 나타내었고, 학습조직의 개인적 수준과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 간의 관계에서는 교사효능감에 중 교수에 의한 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 영유아교사의 학습조직의 조직적 수준과 혁신행동의 관계에서는 교수 및 의사결정 참여 효능감의 병렬다중완전매개 효과가 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 결과는 영유아교사의 학습조직이 교사효능감을 매개하여 혁신행동을 증진할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 영유아교사의 혁신행동에 대한 중요성을 재고하였으며, 영유아교사의 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들인 학습조직과 교사효능감에 대해 살펴본 본 연구는 영유아교사들이 새로운 교육관행을 실현할 수 있도록 돕는 선행요인에 대한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of teacher efficacy in the relationship between early childhood teachers learning organization and innovative behavior. Method: A survey was conducted on 178 early childhood teachers working in early childhood education institutions across South Korea. Using SPSS version 21.0, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and Pearson s moment correlation coefficient were confirmed for mediating effects through Model 4 of The PROCESS macro version 3.5. Results: In the relationship between the effect of the overall level of the learning organization on the innovative behavior, only the instructional efficacy indicated a partial mediating effect, and in the relationship between the people level of the learning organization and the influence on the innovation behavior, the partial mediating effect by the instructional efficacy was found. In the relationship between the structural level of the early childhood teacher s learning organization and the innovation behavior, the parallel multiple full mediating effect of instructional and decision-making participation efficacy was found. Conclusion: These results suggest that the learning organization of early childhood teachers can promote innovative behavior by mediating teacher efficacy. Examining the learning organization and teacher efficacy which are factors influencing the innovative behaviors of early childhood teachers is meaningful in that it provides basic data on the preceding factors that help early childhood teachers to realize new educational practices.
