간호사의 성인애착이 직무소진에 미치는 영향: 자기자비의 매개효과 검증을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호사의 성인애착이 직무소진에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 자기자비의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 서울, 경기, 경상, 강원지역 병원 간호사 217명의 자료를 분석하였다. 측정도구는 친밀관계 경험척도 개정판(ECR-R), 직무소진 척도(MBI), 한국판 자기자비 척도(SCS)를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 Mplus 7 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 검증을 하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 성인애착(불안애착, 회피애착)과 직무소진은 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고, 성인애착(불안애착, 회피애착)과 자기자비, 자기자비와 직무소진은 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 또한 회피애착과 직무소진의 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 반면, 불안애착과 직무소진의 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 본 연구결과는 간호사의 직무소진 완화를 위해 안정적인 성인애착과 자기자비를 촉진하는 개입이 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다. 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to examine the mediation effects of self-compassion in the process of adult attachment affects burnout among nurses. Data from 217 hospital nurses working in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gyeongsang, and Gangwon Provinces were analyzed. The measures used were the Experience of Close Relationship-R(ECR-R), Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI), and Korean version of the Self-Compassion Scale(SCS). SPSS 22.0 and Mplus 7 programs were used to perform descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling, and bootstrapping was conducted for verifying the mediation effects. The results showed that there were significant positive correlations between adult attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance) and burnout, and significant negative correlations between adult attachment(attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance) and self-compassion, and between self-compassion and burnout. While the mediation effect of self-compassion was significant in the relationship between attachment anxiety and burnout, it was not significant in the relationship between attachment avoidance and burnout. The findings indicate that the interventions targeted to promote secure adult attachment and self-compassion can be effective for reducing burnout among nurses. Limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed.
